Julián Andrés Alfonso Sánchez


Julián Andrés Alfonso Sánchez (Colombia) is a historian from the Autonomous University of Colombia and an amateur cyclist. He is currently in his fnal year of a master’s degree in history research at the National University of Colombia. He has worked on projects around the history of bicycles and cycling in Colombia and the declaration of bicycle culture as an intangible cultural heritage of Bogotá. Julián is a specialist in the arrival of the bicycle and the emergence of cycling in Colombia since the end of the 19th century and in the frst half of the 20th century. Email: [email protected]
