Dieter-Siegbert Ösingmann

Dieter-Siegbert Ösingmann (Germany) is professor emeritus for small electrical machines and was director of the “Institut für Elektrische Energie- und Steuerungstechnikder Technischen Universität Ilmenau”. He is associated with the Technische Hochschule Ilmenau that has 20 meters of showcases filled with hundreds of bicycle dynamos from all periods, brands, and countries.
