Peter W. Card (UK) is an auctioneer specializing in Historic Cycling, He holds a BSC in Medieval Economic History, and his particular interest lies in the manufacturing history of early cycle lighting which commenced over 150-years ago: He has a large collection of written material on this subject and associated objects that cover the period1876 to 1939.
