Keizo Kobayashi

Keizo Kobayashi (France/Japan). At 19 years old, I made a Tour of Japan with my bicycle and since then I have been interestedin cycle history. In 1990 I wrote a thesis on the Draisine and Michaux velocipedes, and I have been very active in the commemoration of 200 years of the Draisine and 150 years of Michaux velocipedes.
