Christophe Lagrange
Christophe Lagrange (F.) is a member of the Sedan Historical and Archaeological Society (F.). His research focuses on Captain Gérard's folding bicycle system, manufactured by C. Morel between 1894 and 1898, then by Peugeot between 1899 and 1920. Author and host of the blog https://pliantegerard.canalblog.com, he has been giving regular lectures on this subject since 2011.
In 2018, he helped to organize the bicentennial of the Beaune-Dijon draisine route with Alain Cuvier (+) and Keizo Kobayashi (+), as well as the Paris de la Modernité 1905-1925 exhibition held in 2023-2024 at the Petit Palais in Paris (F).
His latest contribution to the conference proceedings focused on another folding bicycle: the Gladiator folding bicycle (2025).
